INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

For oral presentations authors will have 15 min. in total. It will be good 10-12 minutes to be used for presentation and 2-3 minutes for questions and discussions. Multimedia will be available for presentation. Authors are requested to submit to the organizers their presentations before the sessions. The presentations will be uploaded to the available PC for the sessions. Due to time constrained, the authors should avoid using their own PC for presentation.   

Maximum poster size is A0 – 841/1189 cm (horizontal/vertical dimensions). Authors are requested to fix the posters before the respective poster sessions and to be near to their poster/s during the session.
